K9u Terms and Conditions

K9u (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "k9u") is an online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries. These terms and conditions apply to the k9u website, mobile application, and all related services.

By registering on k9u or using the platform, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using k9u.

• You may not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• Corporate or business account registration requires separate authorization.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact k9u Support immediately. k9u will never ask for your password via email or chat.

Deposits on k9u can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. All deposits are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• There are no additional fees for making a deposit.
• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Save the transaction number for every deposit. If any issue arises, you will need this to contact support. If a deposit is delayed, please wait up to 24 hours before reaching out to support.

The following conditions must be met to process a withdrawal from k9u:

1. Account verification must be completed (KYC verification).
2. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
3. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
4. Wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawing bonus balance.
5. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 50,000.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours. Larger withdrawals may require additional verification, which can take longer.

• Bonuses not used within the specified time frame will expire.
• K9u reserves the right to cancel any bonus if abuse is suspected.

K9u reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If changes are made to an ongoing bonus, users will be notified in advance.

• Each game has its own rules, which are displayed before the game begins.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, k9u will take steps to resume it.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on k9u. Any account found engaging in them will be suspended immediately:

• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).

K9u reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information during the verification process.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).
• A court order or directive from a regulatory authority.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining valid balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

K9u reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification.

Continuing to use the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of those terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.

These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, k9u's decision shall be considered final, though a fair review process will always remain available.
